Use and performance:

Controlled by PLC, mechanical transmission, easy operation, all contacts are 304 Stainless steel. It has high filling speed and accuracy. According to customer’s requirements, automatization and different viscosity material to design and produce the filling machine and structure. Filling nozzle depends on the diameter of bottles and the material’s viscosity and it’s leak-free style.

Application:

    Adhesive, momentary glue, emulsion, lip honey, essence, liquid medicine, ink and so on.

Equipment Components

※ Plastic bottle tidying machine: locates plastic bottle at bottle seat orderly and correctly.

※ Confirm plastic bottle’s direction: if the direction is wrong or bottle is closed, the machine will stop automatically.

※ Safe filling: No bottle no fill, and no leak after filling.

※ Inner plug tiding machine: feed inner plug orderly.

※ Inner plug automatic pressing equipment: push and press inner plug automatically by cylinder.

※ Confirm equipment: make sure inner plug is pressed in, if not, the machine will stop automatically.

※ Cap feeder: feeding cap orderly.

※ Capping machine: screwing cap, adjustable torque.

※ Cap confirm machine: To confirm caps are completed, if not, the machine will stop.

※ Output: by conveyer belt (optional) connected with other equipment (such as weight separating machine, labeling machine and so on).

※ Option:  Automatic bottle feeding machine, feeding material and cap machine, conveying line.
